Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a State Farm Agent Team Member. In this role, you will work closely with our State Farm Agent to provide excellent service to our customers, support agency operations, and contribute to the growth of the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their insurance needs, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Conduct policy reviews and assist with claims.
- Help in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the agent to achieve agency goals and objectives.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on insurance products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Must be willing to obtain necessary state licensing (if not already licensed).

Compensation $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
