ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of seven. My path to agency ownership was shaped by a life-changing experience. In 2008, I was involved in a serious head-on accident that forced me to completely rebuild my life. Going through that experience without feeling adequately prepared gave me a new appreciation for the importance of helping people protect themselves and their families from the unexpected.
Insurance also has deep roots in our family - my father-in-law was an insurance agent, and my wife’s grandfather was a State Farm agent. I attended Grand Valley State University and Davenport University, and today my wife and I live on a farm with our three kids, ages 15, 13, and 3.
Giving back is important to us, and our agency enjoys supporting our local community whenever opportunities arise.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA retirement plan, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We want our team members to have the support they need to build successful careers while also creating a great life outside of work.
Our culture is laid-back, family-oriented, and performance-driven. I genuinely view my team as family, we spend a significant part of our lives together, so I want this to be a place where people enjoy coming to work while still pushing themselves to perform at their best. I’m looking for someone who is motivated, positive, driven, and coachable. If you want more for yourself and your family and are willing to work and grow toward it, we’d love to meet you.
